You have the option to cancel the refueling request if needed, but please be aware that certain locations impose cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled release or if the fluid is not utilized.
What is the validity of your fuel rates?
Fuel rates remain valid for 7 days. In North/South America and Europe, rates are updated every Tuesday, whereas in the Middle East and Asia, they typically remain valid for either, 15 or 30 days. It’s important to note that these rates are subject to change and may fluctuate based on exchange rates.
