Flight Planning
Flight planning covers operational plans, routing, fuel figures, runway analysis, airport charts, weather conditions, etc. With experience spanning the globe, our dispatch team is ready to deal with all jets, locations, and forecasts. Plan your takeoff and approach within reasonable rates.
Flight Briefing
Our complete briefing package includes flight messages, operational logs, weather, NOTAMs, ATC plans, significant weather charts, runway analyses, airport charts, passenger charts, etc. From pre-flight, in-flight, and up to post-flight – Icarus will handle it all. Request flight support services for any destination.
Ground Handling

Fuel Arrangements

Overflight Permits
We guarantee most landing rights and overflight permits within 24 hours to regions including Africa, South America, China, India, and the Middle East. Additionally, diplomatic landing & overflight permits are also available. We especially secure landing rights to Greece, France, and Italy. Need permits for impromptu landings? We’ve got you covered.
Electronic Advance Passenger Information System
Some countries require an eAPIS before entry. Pax Name Records were recently added to the list of mandatory documents to select locations. The Icarus Jet team is responsible for conveying your advanced passenger information to the authorities.
