Is parking available on the mentioned airports?

Parking is not an issue on the 3 destinations not unless a big local event will be commenced.

Is landing permit, ppr, or slots required?

PPR and slots are not required in Saudi Arabia, however, a landing permit is. A landing permit is required for both categories Part 91 and Part 135.
