Yes. Aswan International has a single 11,161 foot runway, handling on the field, and no airport permission beyond the national Egyptian permit. It takes the whole of business aviation.

By air. The temples are about 280 kilometres south, three and a half hours by road, and the same aircraft that brought you to Aswan flies you there and back in a morning. The desk quotes it as one itinerary with the Cairo leg.

For a cruise party the desk quotes a King Air 350 turboprop first: eight seats and the cheapest hour and twenty minutes to the southern Nile. Add Abu Simbel and a Citation CJ or Phenom 300 light jet takes over, under an hour for six or seven. Eight with full luggage means a Citation XLS or Hawker 800 midsize.

Yes. The sector is quoted in both directions, and for most Nile itineraries Aswan to Cairo is the homeward leg after the cruise south from Luxor. Put Aswan as the departure in the form with your dates and passengers, and the desk handles it the same way, with the Egyptian permit covering the domestic leg.

No. Cairo to Aswan is domestic, so there is no customs or immigration at either end and no queue to allow for. The crew checks a passport or Egyptian ID on the ramp, and fifteen to twenty minutes at Sphinx before departure is enough. The same applies on the Abu Simbel hop and on the leg home.

October to April, when the cruise fleet is running and the days are warm rather than punishing. Aswan is the hottest major city in Egypt in summer, so a July or August trip is flown early in the day with Abu Simbel before the heat. The winter holiday weeks are the tightest for aircraft and cabins.

Yes. With about an hour each way the aircraft waits at Aswan while you see Philae and the High Dam, or flies you to Abu Simbel and back, and you are home in Cairo the same evening. A day return keeps the aircraft with you and is quoted as one trip.
