The night curfew is hard and it starts earlier for charter than most people expect: the latest allocated charter departure slot is 2145 CET, with no exceptions. Zurich rewards a schedule fixed early and punishes one that moves.
No time change. Zurich and Paris are both on Central European time, so an 8 am departure from Zurich is on the ground at Le Bourget around 9 am and in a Paris meeting by 9:45, and a 6 pm departure from Paris lands in Zurich well inside the curfew.
