History of Skiathos International Airport

Dubbed after a native Greek author, the Skiathos “Alexandros Papadiamantis” Airport commenced operations in 1972. Adored among the public for running within the visual pleasure of onlookers, the dimensions of the runway also allow the airport to host a Boeing 757. Employed for minimal domestic use, Skiathos Airport mainly facilitates foreign traffic in the form of tourists.

Skiathos International Airport Terminals

The Domestic and International Terminals make two passenger depots in total. Universal Aviation Greece, Skyserv Handling Services and Swissport Executive Aviation provide travelers of personal aircrafts with adequate handling and supportive services.
