The Hawker 400XP is the Beech Model 400A, built from 2004 to 2010 and descended from the Mitsubishi Diamond and the Beechjet 400A. Hawker Beechcraft publishes a high-speed cruise of 450 knots at 39,000 feet and a range of 1,464 NM with four passengers on NBAA IFR reserves.
Its 9.1 psi pressurisation holds a sea-level cabin up to 24,000 feet, and it is certified to 45,000 feet. The cabin is 4 feet 9 inches tall, so passengers sit rather than stand, with seven seats in the standard layout and two pilots up front.
Baggage totals 46.4 cubic feet, split between a 20 cubic foot area inside the pressurised cabin and a 26.4 cubic foot tailcone compartment. The 400XPR is a factory retrofit of the type with Williams FJ44-4A-32 engines and winglets.
Anyone who needs to stand, or a full cabin with full-size luggage. With every seat filled, Business Jet Traveler puts the range at 1,180 NM, and the 26.4 cubic foot tailcone fills quickly. For a stand-up cabin and more room for bags, the Citation XLS is the better tool.

Hawker Beechcraft gives the passenger cabin as 15 feet 6 inches long including the lavatory and baggage area, 4 feet 11 inches wide and 4 feet 9 inches tall. The standard layout seats seven passengers, and nine is the maximum.
An aft lavatory shares space with the internal baggage area, which holds 20 cubic feet (350 lb) inside the pressurised cabin. The external tailcone compartment adds 26.4 cubic feet (450 lb) but cannot be reached in flight.
