What to include in your request
The more we know, the sharper the first quote: exact airports or cities, preferred departure windows, passenger count, luggage (golf bags, skis, and oversized items affect aircraft choice), pets traveling in cabin, and catering preferences. For international trips, passport details come later during trip setup; they are not needed for a quote. If your dates are flexible, say so, as it opens up empty leg savings.
